- V&C. Scraps on inner rear panel (S/N is before the 29th
September 2004 for C, the 29th of November 2004 for
V). The rear impellors are distorted: to substitute with
C00113867 (condenser) and with C00112153 Inner &
C00116327 Outer (vented).
- V&C. Scraps on heater cover (S/N is before the 10th of
March 2005 for C, and the 29th of November 2004 for
V): substitute the heater cover with the one to which is
added cut-out, part code C00115747 (condenser) and
C00116328 (vented).
- V. Heater covers with full anulus. Increased the clear-
ance between the rear impeller and the rear cover.
From the 8th of August 2005. Part code C00116328.
- V. Motor cradle holes moved down 2mm to angle motor
shaft and impeller away from the inner rear panel and
heater cover. (S/N from the 7th of March on). Part code
C00112150 Motor & Cradle.
- C. Take the wheels off, convert bearing pads. Part code
C00118931.
Check the fan.
Check if the drum has got off the wheels during the
transit. (Possible with the S/N’s before the 8th of October
2004: added in production the drum support pads).

CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
- C. Scraps on inner rear panel louvre’s (S/N before the
15th of November 2004). Clearance between drum and
inner panel: substitute the inner rear panel with the
C00113861 which has 3mm segment removed from
inner rear panel louvre’s.
- V&C. Rubbs on rear panel. Drum rear defl ection; does
not have the correct ‘D’ dimension (S/N before the
6th of June 2005): substitute the drum. Part code
C00112157 (Drum Vented) & C00113953 (Drum Con-
denser).
- C. Rubbs on rear panel (S/N is before the 18th of April
2005): susbtitute the drum seal with the ticker one (part
code: C00113823).
- C. Rubbs on front bearing (S/N is before the 8th of
August 2005): remove the ‘top right hand’ bearing pad
(when viewed from the front of a built machine) from
condenser airduct assembly.
- V&C. In the case of drum lip catching between front
bearing pad and airduct (S/N before the 22nd of August
2005): substitute with the bearing pad with clip feature
(part code C00112144).
Check if the drum is scraping / rubbing / catch-
ing.
