Keypad ECA, IR ECA and Speaker
The keypad ECA and the IR ECA fasten to the inside of the top case. The keypad ECA permanently
connects to the front IR receiver ECA. A ribbon cable extends between them. The speaker fastens to the
top case on the opposite side from the keypad ECA. All three parts are included in the ECA Kit (510-
1908-xx).
NOTE The ECA Kit also includes the AC filter ECA.
1 Remove the following items:
Focus and zoom rings (page 17)
Front bezel (page 18)
Rear bezel (page 37)
Top case (page 39)
2 Place the top case face down on a soft work surface.
Speaker
1 Remove the three Plastite screws with washers that fasten the speaker to the top case. Then lift
the speaker out of the top case.
2 If you are replacing the top case, remove the gasket and grill and install them in the new case.
