The idle screen will be displayed, press the
menu key once.

F4 SALE
Select the REFUND menu option by pressing
the F2 key.
Enter Password:

Enter the Supervisor password and press
the enter key.
Enter Refund:
£0.00
Enter the refund amount in pence (e.g.
2134 for £21.34) and press the enter key.

Confirm that the amount is correct and
touch, insert or swipe the card.

The terminal will connect to the acquirer for
authorisation.
REFUND ACCEPTED
If the transaction has been successful then
REFUND ACCEPTED will be displayed.
Printing
The terminal will print the merchant copy
for you to retain. If a signature is needed
the customer must sign.
