Changing users
By changing the user, the specific data about the selected user stored in the
innovaphone PBX is activated in the VoIP telephone IP110. This includes, among
others, the configuration of the telephone, the function key assignment, the
telephone directories etc.
If joint users have been set up, it makes sense to assign the Switch function for
switching users to a function key. For details on assigning function keys, see
Section 4.3, "Programming function keys", beginning on page 47.
Proceed as follows to switch the user:
In the initial condition, press the function key assigned with the Switch
function as often as required until the desired user selection appears in the
display.
Alternatively, you can switch users in the following way:
1. In the initial condition, press the key .
2. With the Arrow keys, select the menu Switches.
3. Press the key . The display appears in Fig. 25.
4. With the Arrow keys, select the menu Change user.
5. In as far as joint users have been set up via the Web interface of the
IP110, you now have the possibility to use the arrow keys for
selecting the desired user.
6. Press the key to accept the selected user as active user.
