Table 5 Optional functions of the programmed Function keys
By selecting one of the functions mentioned in Table 5, an associated index card
opens up, whose setup is self-explanatory for trained administrators. The details
are not explained any further in this manual.
Depending on the of the VoIP telephone model, there may be more available
function keys on the Web interface than your telephone can assign. Please
remember that your IP110 only has four function keys at its disposal.
Partner The LED of the function key shows the
condition of the existing partner lines
(available, ringing, engaged).
When signalling a call on the partner line
(e. g. LED blinks), a
pickup of this call can be carried out.
If partner line is in idle mode, the key is
used as an abbreviated dialling key.
Message Waiting The status of a Message Center Account
can be viewed by pressing the function key
(e. g. voice mailbox or email account).
This function is only available if at least
Release 6.0 is used for the innovaphone
PBX telephone system.
Note
The Partner and Pickup functions can only be used if both partners belong
to the same group. The same group is selected in the innovaphone PBX from
the Group indications menu in the configuration menu of the respective
user.
