4. Phaselossexists:Single-
phase power supply is
used for the 3-phase
servo drive.
Checkwhetherthemaincircuitwiring
is correct and reliable, and whether the
phase loss fault detection (200A-01h) is
shielded.
Replace the cables and wire the power
cablescorrectly:
Three-phase:R,S,T
Single-phase:L1,L2
5. The servo drive is faulty.
Checkwhether200B-1Bh(Busvoltage)
iswithinthefollowingspecications:
220Vdrive:200B-1Bh<200V
The fault persists after the main circuit
(RST) is powered off and on for several
times.
Replace the servo drive.
■ E3.420: Main circuit phase loss
Cause:
1 or 2 phase(s) loss occurs on the three-phase servo drive.
Probable Cause ConrmingMethod Corrective Action
1. The three-phase power
cables are not connected
well.
Checkwhetherthepowercables(RST)on
servo drive side and non-servo drive side are in
good condition and connected securely.
Replace the cables and wire the
powercablescorrectly:
2. The single-phase power
supply is used for the
three-phase servo drive.
Conrmthepowerinputspecicationofthe
servodriveandtheactualinputvoltage.Check
whether the input voltage of the main circuit
satisesthefollowingspecications:
220Vdrive:
Effectivevalue:220Vto240V
Allowederror:–10%to+10%(198Vto264V)
380Vdrive:
Effectivevalue:380Vto440V
Allowederror:–10%to+10%(342Vto484V)
The voltages of all three phases need to be
measured.
For three-phase servo drive of
0.75kW(H01-10=5),single-
phase power supply is allowed.
Iftheinputvoltagesatisesthe
specicationsontheleft,setH0A-
00=2 (inhibit faults and warnings).
If the input voltage does not
satisfythespecications,replace
or adjust the power capacity
accordingtothespecicationson
the left.
3. The three-phase power
supply is unbalanced
or the voltages of three
phases are too low.
4. The servo drive is faulty.
The fault persists after the main circuit (RST) is
powered off and on several times.
Replace the servo drive.
■ E3.430: Control power undervoltage
Cause:
AC input phase loss of control power exists.
Probable Cause ConrmingMethod Corrective Action
Control power input is
unstable.
Checkwhetherthecontrolpowercablesarewell
connected and whether the AC input voltage of
controlpowersatisesspecications.
Connect the motor power cables
again or replace them.
