6.9 Conversion Factor Setting
● For encoders with 20-bit resolution, the default value of the SV820N gear ratio 6091-
01/6091-02is1:1.
● For encoders with 23-bit resolution, the default value of the SV820N gear ratio 6091-
01/6091-02is8:1.

The gear ratio indicates the motor displacement (in encoder unit) is corresponding to the load shaft displace-
ment of 1 reference unit.
