5.3.9 Connecting flow meters with two groundings
This option is only for CALEC® STIII Standard.
NOTICE
Wrong supply voltage
Wrong supply voltage may damage the adapter module.
u Only use 24VDC as supply voltage.
u Disconnect CALEC® ST III from power supply.
u Take off the front cover [}p.20].
u Take off the calculator.
u Connect the green cable(1) to terminal 11(-).
u Connect the yellow cable(2) to terminal 10 (S).
u Connect the blue cable(3) to the adapter with
the terminal OUT2- (GND).
u Connect the brown cable(4) to the adapter with
the terminal OUT2+ (+).
u Connect cable(5) to terminal N (OUT1-).
u Connect cable(6) to terminal L (OUT1+).
u Connect cable(7) to terminal IN- (GND).
u Connect cable(8) to terminal IN+ (+24VDC).
u Plug in the calculator.
u Close the front cover [}p.20].

u Disconnect the CALEC® ST III from the power
supply.
u Take off the front cover [}p.20].
u Connect the pulse output signals to terminal 50
and 51.
u Close the front cover [}p.20].
