2.5.11.5 Group Parameter Control
Description
An ACD Group Supervisor can adjust several of the ACD Group routing parameters, in real-
time. Adjustable parameters are:
Overflow Destination
Overflow Time
Wrap-up Time
ACD Voice Mailbox Password
Operation
Supervisor iPECS Phone
To assign a {GROUP STATUS} button at the Supervisor
[PGM] + {FLEX} + “576” + “Group Number” + [SAVE]
To use the Supervisor Status Menu
1. Lift the handset or press the [SPEAKER] button,
2. Press the {GROUP STATUS} button,
[1] ACD STATUS
[2] ACD DATABASE
[3] ACD DUTY
[#] ACD PRINT
3. Dial ACD Dbase Code “2”,
4. Select database item, scrolling with the [VOL UP]/[VOL DWN] button;
Overflow Destination- station (Net station) (1)/group (2)/system speed dial (3)
Overflow Time- xxx seconds
Wrap-Up Time- xxx seconds
Password- up to 12 digits
5. Enter new data,
6. Press the [SAVE] button.
Conditions
1. The Supervisor must be assigned as a Supervisor for the ACD Group and be
logged into the group to access the Group Status display information.
