Why isn't packet communication working with my iPECS Gateway and xDSL/Cable modem?

There might be a couple of reasons why packet communication isn't working properly with your xDSL/Cable modem: 1. Incorrect WAN side address settings and PPPoE settings. Check these settings. 2. Other network devices connected to the same modem. Disconnect all other network devices and restart the iPECS Gateway.
