4. Power on the three instruments separately.
After the instrument is restarted, the VFD shows that the instrument is work-
ing in single mode.
5.11 Digital I/O Function (Digital Port)
This series power supply supports digital I/O function. The user can realize logic
control over signal input or output by related configurations in the system menu.
Pins Introduction
Different I/O implements different functions. The detailed functions description
are shown in the figure below:

5 Input/Output INH-Living, Turn off the output
under emergency status.

GND Ground terminal, that is, the negative terminal
corresponding to each of the above 7 pins.
