6.9.5. Tensioning of the drive belts with belt pulley
For self-propelled machines (combustion engine) (A540/550 pivotable)
1. Swing out the drive belt cover.
2. Loosen bolts (1).
3. Pull down the belt pulley (3) with the clamping screw (2) until the tension
is correct.
4. Tighten up the bolts (1).
5. Close drive belt cover.
Position of the tensioning elements, schematic display, differences in design and type possible.
6.9.6. Hydraulic drive belt tensioner (optional)
For machines with hydraulic drive belt tensioner the tension of the belt is controlled
automatically by the hydraulic tensioner.
6.9.7. Tensioning of the drivebelts for PTO machines
(A141/041, A231/240, A328/340, A425/430, A540/550, A530)
1. Take off drive belt cover.
2. Loosen the bolt of the primary reduction holder.
3. Loosen the bolt of the eccentric mount.
4. Push down the primary reduction holder with the eccentric mount until
the belt has the right tension.
5. Fix the eccentric.
6. Follow inverse order to fix the belt tension.
