character size in Ship Status.
IE font size is other than Medium.
1. Start IE.
2. Press the Alt key on your
keyboard.
3. Tap View-Test size and
select Medium.
Capt's DOSCA data
is pressing storage.
(If you have a Capt's
DOSCA contract)
Capt's DOSCA data is pressing
storage.
Delete the data in the following folder
of the display processing unit.
C:\JRC\Weather\DOSCA\weather
After deleting the data, copy the latest
Capt's DOSCA data.
Cannot receive the
sensor data and
Active Route in MFD
The EX LAN metric setting of the
data processing unit is incorrect.
Set the metric of LAN port that
receives the sensor data and Active
Route.
1. Display the Properties in “Internet
Protocol Version 4 (TCP / IPv4)” of the
LAN port.
2. Select Advanced in Properties.
3. Set Interface metric:1.
Positioning
information (GPS) is
not displayed.
Communication is not set
correctly.
Request setting to the distributor.
The power supply for the GPS
device isn’t turned on.
Turn on the power supply of the GPS
device.
The GPS device is not performing
positioning.
Check the condition of the GPS
device.
Not output from VDR or SLC.
Check the status of VDR or SLC.
The Web server of the data
processing unit is not activated.
Turn off all the power supplies of this
product and turn on the power
supplies in the following order.
