5.6 Hydraulic hoses
Hose lines must be replaced every six years, see Safety Regulations for Hydraulic
Hose Lines ZH 1/74.
5.7 Check brake fluid
(EKS 513 - 515)

Brake fluid is poisonous and should therefore
only be stored in sealed, original containers. It
should also be noted that brake fluid corrodes
the truck paint.

Brake fluid is added in the factory and must be
replaced after 12 months at the latest, as it
changes over time and loses its original
qualities.
The brake fluid container (11) is located at the
rear of the truck and can be accessed by
removing the panel. The container should
always be filled to 2cm below the container lid.
Only use the prescribed brake fluid.
The entire brake system must be checked for
leaks.
