Either the power cord is unplugged or a major error is detected in the power
supply. Examples of a major error are power supply failure, overvoltage
protection error, overcurrent protection error, a fan failure.
If the power cord is unplugged or missing, reattach the power cord
appropriate for your country.
If a major error is occurring, replace the power supply as soon as possible.
To maintain proper airflow through the chassis, leave the power supply
installed in the chassis until you are ready to replace it.

Often these events are because of rising temperatures. Check the fan
modules and the fans in the power supplies and ensure there is proper airflow
through the chassis.
