Remote Interface Operation:
To read the count on either the specified internal
DMM relay or module channel relays, send the following commands.
DIAG:DMM:CYCLES? 2
DIAG:RELAY:CYCLES? (@1003,1013)
To reset the cycle count on the specified module channel relays, send the
following command (the instrument must be unsecured).
DIAG:RELAY:CYCLES:CLEAR (@1003,1911)
SCPI Language Version
The instrument complies with the rules and conventions of the present version of
SCPI (Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments). You can determine
the SCPI version with which the instrument is in compliance by sending a
command from the remote interface.
– You can query the SCPI version from the remote interface only.
– The SCPI version is returned in the form “YYYY.V”, where “YYYY” represents the
year of the version, and “V” represents a version number for that year (for
example, 1994.0).
