1. Using an oscilloscope, measure P131–91 for a 10 MHz signal at 3.5 V

2. If the signal is bad, check P41–7.
• If the signal is good on P41–7, replace the A31 Motherboard.
• If the signal is bad on P41–7, replace the A7 Reference.
