HP Tube End Connection - Regular
The following type of connection is for general applications, where the only load
on tubing is due to internal pressure.
1. Slip gland nut (2) on tubing (1) as shown and lubricate thread with High
Purity Goop. Thread collar (3) on tubing until one to two threads are
exposed between collar item (3) and tube cone.
2. Lubricate male threads of gland with High Purity Goop. Insert tubing in
fitting, engage gland nut and tighten finger-tight.
3. Tighten gland to specified torque as given in the torque table specifications.
