Appendix B User and System Settings
This system offers two types of settings:
User settings that are setup by the operator from the control panel
System settings that are setup and can be changed by the Kodak
Service Representative.
Following is a list of factory settings:

Manual masking - Enabled only when the optional
Manual Frame Masking Kit is
installed.
Centering/Fit Off
When any of these functions has been changed and you want to store the
new setting in the system’s memory, press the Memory Input key.

Auto reset Enabled

Enabled
Setting changes made to the control panel that are not
used within 60 seconds of being input are automatically
cancelled and the system reverts back to the original
settings.
Auto power save
(PR mode only)

Turns the printer’s fuser off if the system is left idle for a
specific period of time.
NOTE: 230V units operate on a 30-minute Auto Power
Save setting.
Auto Projection Lamp

Turns the projection lamp off if the system is left idle for a
specified period of time.
Fine mode contrast select Contrast
Emphasis

Emphasis

Emphasis
Applies the following functions as required:
Contrast Emphasis: applied when film contains text
that is poorly contrasted against its background
making it difficult to read.
Outline Emphasis: applied when film contains blurred
black and white images.
