Camera Ready Light Status

Ready light does not
turn on and the
camera does not

Camera is not turned

Mode dial was on
when batteries were

Turn Mode dial off, then
back on.
Ready light glows

The camera is operating

Ready light blinks red. Batteries are low or
exhausted.

recharge the batteries

Card is too slow for
Video mode.
Change your storage location
to internal memory
(page 11), or use a different
card.
Ready light
