10 Warranty and Regulatory
Information
Limited Warranty
Kodak warrants the KODAK mc3 Portable Multimedia Device to be free from
malfunctions and defects in both materials and workmanship for one year
from the date of purchase. Retain the original sales receipt; dated proof of
purchase is required for warranty coverage.
Warranty Replacement Coverage
This warranty will be honored within the geographical location that the
product was purchased.
Kodak will REPLACE the KODAK mc3 Portable Multimedia Device if it fails to
function properly during the warranty period, subject to any conditions and/or
limitations stated herein. Such replacement is the sole remedy under this
warranty. If it is necessary to replace the entire product, it may be replaced
with a remanufactured product.
