Check during off-season
When the air conditioner is not being used, run the compressor
at low speed for a few minutes every week to avoid loss of oil. (Run
the engine at low speed with the cooler temperature regulator knob
at LOW COOL.)
In cold weather, do not run the compressor suddenly at high
speed. This may cause failure in the compressor. When the
temperature is below 2 to 6.5”C, the low pressure cut-off switch
functions to stop the compressor from running even when the air
conditioner switch is pressed.
