11. EXPLANATION OF COMPONENTS
11.10 CAP, COVER WITH LOCK
The fuel filler, hydraulic tank filler, operator’s cab, engine hood,
side door and left side door (rear) of the machine body are fitted with
locks.
Use the starting switch key to lock or unlock these places.
11.10.1 METHOD OF OPENING AND CLOSING CAP
WITH LOCK (For the fuel tank filler port)
To open the cap
1. Inset-t the key into the cap.
2. Turn the key clockwise, align the match mark on the cap with the
rotor groove, then remove the cap.

To lock the cap
1. Turn the cap into place.
2. Turn the key counterclockwise and take the key out.

Insert the key as far as it will go. If the key is turned before it is
inserted all the way, it may break.

11.10.2 METHOD OF OPENING AND CLOSING
HYDRAULIC TANK FILLER CAP
To open the cap
1. Insert the key in the cap, then turn the key counterclockwise to
release the lock.
2. Push the cap down, release the pressure inside the tank, then
push down further and turn counterclockwise.
To close the cap
1. Push the cap down, and turn the cap clockwise until it stops.
2. Turn the key clockwise to lock the cap, then remove the key.
