11. EXPLANATION OF COMPONENTS
11.14 FUSIBLE LINK
If the starting motor will not rotate when the starting switch is
turned ON, a possible cause is disconnection of wire-type fusible link
0. Inspect the fusible link and, if necessary, replace it.
REMARK
A fusible link refers to the large-sized fuse wiring installed in the
high current flow portion of the circuit to protect electrical compo-
nents and wiring from burning, similarly to an ordinary fuse.
11.15 CONTROLLERS
A pump controller and electronic governor controller are provided.
NOTICE
l Never splash or spill water, mud or drink over the controllers as
this may cause a fault.
l If a fault occurs in the controller, do not attempt repair, but
consult your Komatsu distributor.
PUMP CONTROLLER
This informs of the location of any abnormality in the electronic
control system of the pump.
A 2-digit display (01 - 29) indicates the location of the abnormality.
When the electronic controller is normal, the display in the table
is shown at next page.
If a display is given to show an abnormality, then contact your
Komatsu distributor for repairs.
