Menu
The Supervisor Menu contains a number of parameters and features that can
be configured as Supervisor options. These options are placed in the
Supervisor Menu to provide an optional level of protection. The Supervisor
Menu may be protected by requiring a password entry to access the menu.
The following options and features are available from the Supervisor Menu:
♦ Setting the current date and time
♦ Setting the Machine Identification
♦ Front Panel Configuration; Audio/Visual parameters
♦ Configuring the Fax Mailbox function
♦ Enabling the Receive Timestamp option
♦ Selecting the Display Language
♦ Configuring access including Confidential Receive and Department Codes
Time and Date
FastAccess: M51
The time can be displayed using a 12-hour or a 24-hour format. The date
format for North America is MM-DD-YY HH:MM; the format for Europe and
South America is DD-MM-YY HH:MM. Use the following procedure to set the
date and time:
