Type a four-digit password that will allow other machines to send faxes for
relay broadcast to this machine.
On the local machine:

Create an individual speed dial entry that dials the remote fax machine.
(See the "
Setting up the Phonebook
" section on page 90.)

Set the Password special feature for this phonebook entry to the password
you set for relay broadcasts on the remote fax machine.

Set the Subaddress special feature for this phonebook entry to #
nnn

where
nnn
is the speed dial number of the group you created on the
remote fax machine.

Place a document in the document feeder on the local machine and dial
the speed dial number that dials the remote machine. The document will
be sent to the remote machine. The remote machine will then relay the
document to all numbers in the group.

Faxes for a Delayed Start

You can send a document at a later time to a single destination, a group, or for
a polling operation. This delayed start time will override any delay time set for
a phonebook cell.
Delayed jobs (excluding groups) scheduled to be sent at the same time and to
the same destination will be transmitted using the same telephone call.
You can view and cancel pending delay start jobs stored in memory using the
Status key. See the "
Job Status
" section on page 42.
To schedule a fax to be sent later:

Load the documents face down in the document feeder.

Menu
key.

key to select the Fax menu.

Press the
1
key to select the Next document menu option.

Press the

key to select the Delayed start menu option.

Use the keypad to enter the time. Press Æ to select AM or PM.
