Situation 1: Please make sure you have already removed protective
films on camera lenses, and make sure that its lenses and your car’s
windshield are clean and no dirt/grease. Situation 2: If the camera is
fuzzy because the lens is out of focus, we are extremely sorry in
advance. This may be a manufacturing defect. Please CONTACT US via
email: LESA_1688@163.com with a sample video or a screenshot so
we can get this resolved for you ASAP.
NOTE: This camera uses wide-angle lenses so some parts of images may be
distorted. It is a feature of wide-angle lenses, not camera malfunctioning.
(3) It is Overexposure while recording videos?
Check whether the camera lens is pointing up to the sky. If it is, please
adjust its angle. For rear camera, it is recommended to install near the
license plate and point down slightly to reduce overexposure.
(4) The camera Freezing, Lagging or Crashing?
Situation 1: Please replace a new TF card first to check whether the
camera can work normally when the camera gets freezing/lagging, or
CANNOT record video after a few seconds, etc., during use. As this may
be a Memory Card Issue caused by using a wrong, fake or damaged
Memory Card, NOT a defective or not stable camera issue.
Note: Please don't purchased the memory card from any third-party seller
online. It is most likely a fake one so that the camera CANNOT work well.
Situation 2: If it doesn’t work by replacing a TF card, please Press the
RESET Button to Reset Camera: Remove TF card from device, keep
power supply, use a paperclip to press the RESET Button at the bottom
of camera (See page 15), then long press (Power/OK) Button to
turn it on. Still not work? please CONTACT US: LESA_1688@163.com
(5) The camera turns itself ON / OFF frequently?
Situation 1: Check the connection of power cable. Make sure the
power cable is fully plugged to USB port on camera and well connected.
Situation 2: If the power cable is well connected, please Press the
"Reset" Button to RESET camera. Still NOT work, please CONTACT
US: LESA_1688@163.com to get a new version rmware for updating.
(6) The camera gets HOT?
The camera may run slightly hot after a long time running. If it suffers
