Note: The internal battery can’t keep camera on after power stops to supply.
(7) The earliest video files are missing?
The camera has Loop Recording function. If Loop Record in Setup Menu
is set to 1/3/5mins, all recorded videos will be archived in segment of
1/3/5mins, and the earliest un-locked video segments will be deleted
automatically to record new video segments when the TF card gets full.
Solution: Test whether all videos can be saved properly. How to test
this? Set the date and time of camera correctly, FORMAT the memory
card, then record several video segments and check whether all videos
are saved properly. If all of these videos can be saved in the TF card, the
earliest videos are deleted by Loop Recording, not video missing.
Note: Locked video won't be deleted automatically, please delete it manually.
(8) Videos locked frequently and automatically?
Solution: Change the level of sensitivity of the G-sensor to a lower
level or turn it OFF in the Setup Menu. With a higher level of
sensitivity of G-sensor, the camera will be more sensitive to vibrations
and collisions on cars while driving, so videos will be locked frequently
and won't be deleted automatically by Loop Recording. Then locked
videos will take up all the capacity of memory card soon and the camera
will stop working due to insufficient capacity of TF card.
Note:
1. Set a suitable level of sensitivity of G-sensor according to vehicles/road
conditions to prevent frequent video locking to make the device stop working.
2.
If you turn the G-sensor OFF, the camera won’t automatically lock videos
while there is any collision in driving.
(9) It reminds “Card Full” frequently?
Situation 1: Format TF card first, then set Loop Record & G-sensor.
Format TF card to delete all data in the card and make it work again
Setup Menu > Format > Fast format > Confirm.
NOTE: Format SD card will delete all data from memory card. Please make a
backup for important footage before doing that.
Set the G-sensor to prevent frequent videos locking to take up the
capacity of TF card: Setup Menu > G-sensor > Low/OFF.
