Situation 1: Restore factory default settings and format TF card.
Restore the camera to its default settings first: Setup Menu > Default >
Confirm(see page ), then format the TF card: Setup Menu > Format >
Fast format > Confirm. Check whether it still reminds “format SD card”.
Note: If the issue has been solved by Solution 1, please do some settings for
the camera. As all settings have been restored to the default settings.
Situation 2: If solution 1 doesn’t work, please press "Reset" Button to
RESET camera. Keep the camera’s power supply, use a paperclip to
press the "Reset" Button at the bottom of the camera (see page ). Wait
for seconds, the camera will restart itself. Check whether the issue has

(14) The rear camera view is flipped or the rear
view is left-right reversal?
Solution: Please try to set "Back Mirror" in Setup Menu. Because
“Back Mirror” is defaulted to be OFF which the rear view is flipped.
How to set “Back Mirror”? Stop recording first > short press Menu(M)
Button once to access Setup Menu > short press Down(>) Button
to "Back Mirror" > short press Power Button to access submenu >
short press Down(>) Button to go to “On” > short press Power
Button to confirm and return to Setup Menu > short press Menu(M)
Button once to return to Video Mode > short press Up(<) Button to
switch to rear camera view and check whether it is normal this time.

(15) My Video playback on PC is lagging.
This may occur when you are viewing a high-bit rate version of video file
with a slower PC. Please try to set the camera to a lower resolution,
record a video, and then playback it to check whether there is the same
issue. Contact us: LESA_1688@163.com if the issue still persists.
(16) The camera doesn’t turn off after the car off?
If you’re using the provided car charger to install and the camera doesn’t
turn itself off after 1 to 5 minutes your car is off, it may mean that your car
cigar lighter doesn’t connect with 12V ACC so the camera WON’T turn
itself off after your car is off. In this situation, Solution 1: it is
recommended to use a hardwire kit to get power from car fuse box to
prevent car battery from draining out; Solution 2: unplug the car charger
