5.18 Warning and cut-out values
As an option, the pump can be fitted with various sensors. If such sensors are fitted,
observe the following warning and cut-out values:

5.19 Connecting a leakage monitor
The pump features a leakage chamber between the discharge cover and the bearing
bracket, which can be equipped with a leakage monitor. A leakage monitor detects
when the leakage chamber is filled due to defective mechanical seals. The leakage
monitor has a separate connection cable and is intended for connection to an
electrode relay. Tripping of the electrode relay must result in the pump set cutting
out.
The electrode relay (K1) must fulfil the following requirements:
Sensor circuit 10 to 30V ~
Tripping current 0.5 to 3mA
(equivalent to a tripping resistance of 3 to 60 kΩ)
7) To DINISO10816-7, categoryII, zoneA
8) Within the preferred operating range of 0.7≤Q/Qopt≤1.2 the vibration values of newly commissioned pumps with good
system conditions (piping layout, approach flow at the pump, etc.) are below the boundary of zoneA to DINISO10816-7,
i.e. below 3.5mm/s rms.
