BASSEMBLE THE HINGES
1. Place the hinge lever pin LH (2) & RH (4) and the hinge
pin LH (1) & RH (3) together with four flange bolts (7).
2. Insert the left hand hinge assembly into the left side of
the bag frame together with the attached pin spring (5)
as shown in the figure.
Pull back the pin spring (5) and insert the spring pin
(6).
3. Insert the right hand hinge assembly into the right side
of the bag frame together with the attached pin spring
(5) as shown in the figure.
Pull back the pin spring (5) and insert the spring pin
(6).
4. Insert two spring nuts (8) into the front bag frame
gently until the clip falls into the hole as shown in the
figure.
5. Insert two spring nuts (8) into the front bag frame
