[13]INSTALLATION OF HYDRAULIC
HOSES (Only High Dump)
BPARTS LIST
BINSTALL THE HYDRAULIC HOSES
1. Connect the adapter (7) to one side of the lift pipe (5),
and connect the adapter (8) to the other side of the lift
pipe (5).
Do the same for the other lift pipe (5).
A Make sure that the adapters (7)(8) are connected to
the pipes (5) before install the pipe (5) to the frame.
2. Install two assemblies of the lift pipe to the frame from
the front side as shown in the figure, and secure them
with nuts of the adapters.
A Make sure that the adapters (7) are on the left side of
the machine.
3. Connect the hoses of the both lift cylinders to the
adapters as shown in the figure, and secure them with
nuts of the hoses.
A Make sure that the upper hose of the lift cylinder is
connected to the upper pipe.
4. Install two spring nuts (17) to the frame as shown in
the figure.
