5-4 OPERATION GUIDE
Reception Record
Adds reception report (reception date, sender's FAX number, job number or number
of pages to be received) to the received document.
1 Access 413.Footer.
If you are unsure how to use this route map refer to Accessing Menu Items on
page xii.
2 Press W or Xto select, On or Off and press [OK]. The display returns to the
ready screen.
FAX Tx Report Settings
After transmission, outputs the report to inform whether the transmission is correctly
performed or not.
1 Access 410.Tx Report.
If you are unsure how to use this route map refer to Accessing Menu Items on
page xii.
2 Press W or X to select On, Error or Off and press [OK]. The display returns
to the ready screen.
