Rings
You can change the number of times to let the phone ring before answering a call as needed. The number of
ringing times can be changed independently for each receiving mode of Auto (Normal), Auto (TAD) and Auto
(FAX/TEL).
NOTE: The number of ringing times can be set to between 1 and 15 times for Rings (Normal) and Rings
(TAD), and 0 and 15 times for Rings (FAX/TEL).
For Rings (FAX/TEL), this change is possible with some countries.
1 Press the System Menu/Counter key.
2 Press the U or V key to select [FAX].
3 Press the OK key.
4 Press the U or V key to select [Reception].
5 Press the OK key.
6 Press the U or V key to select [Rings(Normal)],
[Rings(TAD)] or [Rings(FAX/TEL)].
7 Press the OK key.
8 Use the numeric keys to enter the number of
ringing times.
9 Press the OK key.
