Volume Adjustment
Adjust the volume of the speaker and monitor.
Speaker Volume: Volume of the built-in speaker when the line is connected by pressing the On Hook key.
Monitor Volume: Volume of the built-in speaker when the line is connected without pressing the On Hook key
such as in memory transmission.
1 Press the System Menu/Counter key.
2 Press the U or V key to select [Common Settings].
3 Press the OK key.
4 Press the U or V key to select [Sound].
5 Press the OK key.
6 Press the U or V key to select [FAX Speaker] or
[FAX Monitor].
7 Press the OK key.
8 Press the U or V key to select the desired volume
of the speaker.
9 Press the OK key.
