Distributor cover with 12, 16 or 24 outlets
The POLYMAT is equipped as standard with 24 or 32
coulters. If required, the number of distributor outlets can be
reduced by fitting a distributor cover with less outlets. This
allows for sowing operations to be carried out with a wider
row distance.
Magnet valves
Sometimes it is necessary to shut off one or more coulters,
which is facilitated by the application of magnet valves for
each coulter.
TDS Disc coulters
The POLYMAT can be fitted with disc coulters for soils
which contain crop residue. The fact that the discs are not
only ground driven, but also driven by each other plus the fact
that they are self cleaning eliminates the risk of winding or
clogging.
Side step
The filling platform does not only feature a standard step, but
can also feature a slanting side step to facilitate access to the
platform while carrying a bag of seed.
Modification kit POLYMAT ‘W’ TO ‘P’
In order to obtain a perfect seed bed without wheelings, a
linkage kit can be fitted to link the POLYMAT to the
LELYTERRA packer roller. A specially designed floating
linkage system allows the POLYMAT and ROTERRA to
follow ground contours completely independently from each
other and to avoid obstacles if necessary..
Linkage kit for solo operation
When the POLYMAT W is used for individual operation
without the LELYTERRA, it can be linked easily and quickly
to the tractor by means of a special linkage kit. This makes
the POLYMAT very suitable for green manuring operations.
Track eradicators
When the POLYMAT is used for solo operations, the tractor
wheelings cannot be erased by the LELYTERRA. If
necessary, track eradicators can be mounted in order to
eliminate these wheelings
