POLYTRONIC E on-board computer
The POLYMAT can be equipped with the POLYTRONIC-E
on-board computer. The POLYTRONIC-E includes a
monitoring system, a hectare counter and a tramline system
to define sprayer marks during the sowing operation. The
POLYTRONIC-E can also be fitted with a low level sensor
and a pre-emergence marker.
Hydraulic coulter pressure adjustment
The hydraulic coulter pressure adjustment is available to give
two different pressure settings on the coulters. This
adjustment offers a distinct advantage when operating in
varying soil conditions.
Depth limitation skids
In order to achieve optimum sowing depth in all
circumstances, depth limitation skids can be fitted to the
coulters. The depth limitation skids are a very practical
accessory to ensure that sensitive seeds such as rape are
placed at the optimum depth. Depth limitation is easy to
adjust.
Markers
The disc of the marker marks off the next working pass. The
leaf spring ensures that a clearly visible mark is provided,
even in heavy, ploughed up soils. The markers are switched
automatically from one side to the other simultaneously with
the lifting of the coulters. During the sowing operation, the
markers can be lifted vertically and independently from the
coulter bar and following harrow in order to avoid obstacles.
The markers are lifted vertically for transport.
540 r.p.m. kit
In case a tractor incorporates a P.T.O. shaft with less than
1000 r.p.m., a 540 r.p.m. kit can be fitted to the POLYMAT in
order to achieve compliance.
Mechanical hectare counter
The prepared area can be measured by means of a mechanical
hectare counter, which offers an exact overview of every inch
of prepared soil.
