Connected paper

A control character used
for print operations, such as line
spacing or carriage return.

data.
Information entered into or used

data bits.
The number of data bits sent
in each transmission frame using the
serial interface.
default.
A value, parameter, or
attribute that the printer uses when
none is specified.
document-on-demand.
Your printer’s
capability to automatically move

dot-matrix printer.
A printer that forms
characters by a pattern of dots.
