4 Perform a print job to verify the adjustment.
Pick roller pressure adjustment
Jams may occur if the improper level of pressure is applied in picking thin paper. Perform this step to increase or
decrease the pick roller pressure.
1 Remove the tray 1 and 2 paper feed unit.
2 Remove the replacement spring (A).
Note: This spring should have higher or lower tension than the spring it replaces.
