Duplex Unit Missing
Try one or more of the following:
• Make sure the duplex unit is properly installed at the back of the printer to clear the message.
• Cancel the current job.
Ink Cartridge Access Door Open
The ink cartridge access door is either open or detached.
• If the ink cartridge access door is open, then close it to clear the message.
• If the ink cartridge access door is detached, then reattach it to clear the message.
