Edit depth – match depth
Fusing together the Light L16’s 10+ images creates a depth map that aligns all of the objects
in your photo. Occasionally, these depth maps contain inconsistencies, especially when
there are similar colors or patterns that overlap. In these cases, Lumen’s algorithms have
difficulty determining what should be in focus and what should be blurred. In addition to the
refine edge and blend area, match depth can be used to fix some of these inconsistencies.
Match depth
This tool lets you apply the same level of depth to separate areas of your photo. You can
use this tool for all sorts of creative edits.
