► Place the weight on the bed above the tensometer T4 (as shown on the LCD) and press the WEIGHT/CLEAR button
► Calibration is performed
► The calibration is recorded, saved, and checked, and the CALIBRATION DONE screen is displayed
► If the calibration was performed correctly:
► Press the button WEIGHT/CLEAR
► The main service menu screen appears on the display
► The calibration is finished
5.1.7.4 Error messages before completing the calibration
If an error message is displayed before the calibration is finished, the calibration is completed with an error. In this case, it is
necessary to eliminate the cause of the error and repeat the calibration.
Error message screen Error/Possible cause Solution
COULD NOT CALCULATE CAL.
Error in internal calculation of calibration values.
Check the connection of the
scale system and repeat the
calibration.
LOAD CELL ERROR
The calculated conversion constant (sensitivity) of at
least one tensometer is outside the permitted range
according to the tensometer data sheet.
The tensometer may seem functional at first glance, but
it does not correspond to the technical documentation.
It can be caused by both a fault in the tensometer and
its incorrect mounting (eg without a spacer).
Check the installation and
connection of the tensometers
and repeat the calibration.
LOAD CELL OFFSET INVALID
The calculated offset of the at least one strain gauge is
out of range.
This can be caused, for example, by an incorrect factory
zero setting.
Check that the bed is unloaded
and in a steady state and repeat
the calibration.
