Screen Contents
The screen displays a list of PVS testing information under the following column headings:
Date – Displays the date that the action was taken.
Time – Displays the time that the action was taken.
User – Displays the name of the user account which initiated the action.
Action – Displays the type of action taken. See Example Actions below for further details.
Data – Displays additional relevant information for the action taken.
The log can hold up to 1000 records. If this number is exceeded and the log has not been sent as a
report, then the oldest record is deleted to provide space for a new record.
Example Actions
Create – A new user account has been created. The Data field shows the name of the new
user account and their access level.
Delete – An existing user account has been deleted. The Data field shows the name of the
deleted user account and their access level.
Edit – An existing user account has been edited. The Data field shows whether the access
level was edited, the password was changed or both.
Log off – A user has logged off.
Auto Log Off – The currently logged in user has been logged off automatically. This occurs
after an extended period of inactivity.
Log on – A new user has logged on or an existing user has changed their access level. The
Data field shows the access level given to the user.
Settings – One or more settings has been modified. The Data field shows the value that has
changed.
Additional actions are also recorded, such as unlocking the reject bin or exiting the software. Please
contact your local Loma Service Centre if any action is not clear.
Configuration Report
Purpose
The Configuration Report contains a complete record of the detector setup. Saving this report to a
USB stick is useful for backing up the setup information and for sending to Loma to support an
investigation.
