- Operating environment

Thermocouple sensor type and temperature
range
- Equip-able number
- External power selection
- Power wiring (External DC24V)
- Thermocouple input wiring
- XG5000 special module monitor
- XG5000 I/O parameter
- Program to read analog data
(U device)
If there is error or thermocouple input
data is abnormal, refer to the trouble
shooting.
