Entering "Condition upper value" lower then "Condition lower value" disables a condition.

Remaining types of the condition:
H_on – always true;
HoFF – always not true,
3non when the measuring value on any phase exceeds the
"Condition upper value" - condition is true. The condition will be
disabled if the measuring value on all phases will be lower than
"Condition lower value".
3noF – when the measuring value on any phase will be lower than the
"Condition lower value" - condition is true. The condition will be
disabled if the measuring value on all phases will be higher than
"Condition upper value".
