Files Will Not Print
Make sure the le extension is .marv.
󱈦 The MARV software can only read .stl les. Save the le to the SD card as a
.marv le and then print it. The software cannot read or print les with other le
extensions.
How are .stl les used?
󱈦 Files with .stl extensions are read-only when opened in MARV. To print a .stl le,
save to the SD card as a .marv le.
󱈦 To edit a .marv le, change the le extension to .stl.
The Printer Is Not Working
Check that power switch is turned on and that the power and adapter cables
are connected properly.
󱈦 Connect the power and adapter cables to the machine and then turn the power on.
Can the computer be turned off during printing?
󱈦 If the computer is turned off or the software is closed while you are printing a le
from the computer, printing will stop immediately. Do not close the software on the
computer until the printing job is nished.
Did the computer software close while the object was printing?
󱈦 If the computer is turned off or the software is closed while you are printing a le

Can the SD card be removed during printing?
󱈦 If the SD card is removed while you are printing a le on the card, printing will stop
immediately. Do not remove the SD card until the printing job is nished.
What happens when the computer goes into Sleep Mode?
󱈦 If the computer goes into Sleep Mode while you are printing an object, printing will
stop immediately. Turn off Sleep Mode or adjust the period before the computer
goes to sleep. Alternatively, use the machine's SD card to print objects. To prevent
printing interruptions, it is recommended that you turn off sleep mode when you
run the MARV software.
