3. Securely strap the equipment in place using metal strapping (see Illustration 5.12.2). Place strapping as close to
the cross-members under the equipment legs as possible, and use caution not to entrap any flexible hydraulic
hoses beneath the strapping (guide strapping through beneath the hydraulic hoses). Use the following guidelines to
determine the strapping requirements:
