Introduction
Important
Read this entire manual before attempting to install, operate or perform any
maintenance on the Parametric Controlled Flow (PCF) Pro Ultrasonic Cleaning
System. Ensure all appropriate personnel understand the contents of this manual.
This Operating Manual contains important information on proper use and maintenance of the PCF Pro
Ultrasonic Cleaning System. All personnel involved in the use and maintenance of this equipment
must carefully review and comply with the warnings, cautions and instructions contained in this
manual. These instructions are important to protect the health and safety of personnel operating the
Ultrasonic Cleaning System and should be retained in a conveniently accessible area for quick
reference.
Advisory
A listing of the Safety Precautions to be observed when operating the PCF Pro Ultrasonic Cleaning
System is found in Section 1-5 of this manual. Do not operate the equipment until you have become
familiar with this information.
Independent Monitoring
Important Note for the Product Owner
It is advised that an independent monitoring system is fitted in accordance with ISO 15883-1:2009 -
Washer-disinfectors.
Service and Maintenance Requirements
The PCF Pro should be serviced on a regular basis to ensure that the product continues to perform in
accordance with its design parameter, see section 6-6 for more information.
