8.9.9 Sensor steering diagnostic menu
Press the F2 button three times to move to the sensor steering dia-
gnostic menu. Then press the F4 button once. You are now in the
sensor steering diagnostic menu.
1. Voltage axle shaft rotary position sensor front left
2. Voltage axle shaft rotary position sensor front right
3. Voltage support rotary position sensor front left
4. Voltage support rotary position sensor front right
5. Voltage support rotary position sensor rear left
6. Voltage support rotary position sensor rear right
7. Voltage axle shaft rotary position sensor rear left
8. Voltage axle shaft rotary position sensor rear right
9. Valve current axle shaft steering front left
10. Valve current axle shaft steering front right
11. Valve current axle shaft steering rear left
12. Valve current axle shaft steering rear right
13. Pressure display pressure sensor
14. Pressure sensor left
15. Pressure sensor right
16. Toe-in correction
Sensor voltages
You can evaluate the function of the angle sensors based on the
sensor voltages. For instance, steer the front wheel completely to
the left. The sensor voltage is shown in the display on Position 1.
Now turn the wheel to the right. The displayed sensor voltage must
now change. If no value or voltage change is shown on the display
then you can assume that there is a defect in the sensor or in the
feed.
Valve currents
The control calculates the valve currents depending on where the
wheel is and where it is to be moved to.
Pressure sensors
Position 14 or 15 in the display indicates which pressure sensor is
active. If you steer to the left then the arrow appears at Position 14
and the bar at Position 13 increases. The bar uctuates depending
on the pressure level.
