Crankcase oil pump 91‑90265A 5
Aids in the removal of engine oil without draining the crankcase.
5. Pump the oil out of the crankcase into a drain pan.
6. Remove the oil filter housing drain plug and drain the oil into an appropriate container.

b - Drain plug
7. Contain and dispose of the waste oil and used filter element as directed by all applicable ordinances.
8. Remove the crankcase oil pump and install the crankcase oil drain hose fitting when the crankcase is empty. Tighten
securely.
9. Install the oil dipstick.
10. Place a suitable container under the oil filter housing to contain any spilled oil. Use an appropriate socket to loosen the oil
filter cover.
11. Remove the oil filter cover and cartridge type oil filter.
